Arizona State Police arrested a driver for their role in the accident that killed one person and injured two others in Avondale, AZ on December 29th, 2018. 19-year old Gabino Matancillas was arrested after an accident that killed one of the passengers in his vehicle and seriously injured two others. Police say Matancillas's vehicle rear-ended a semi truck on Avondale Blvd. Matancillas was found to be driving under the influence and face multiple charges.
