Siloam Springs Police released the name of the driver injured in an accident that killed a child on US 412 in Siloam Springs, TX on January 3rd, 2019. 38-year-old Michael J Guest Jr. was killed when his vehicle lost control, went through a concrete barrier and into a pond where it became submerged. A child passenger in the vehicle was transported with a children's hospital where they later died. Guest was hospitalized with undisclosed injuries.
