What Happened

Arkansas State Police are investigating an accident that killed one person and injured another on CR 2250 in Johnson County, AR on April 20th, 2019. Officials say the accident happened around 1:22 a.m. A vehicle driven by 20-year-old Isaac Reed Mendez reportedly lost control at a curve at a high rate of speed and overturned in a ditch. He was killed in the crash. His passenger, 27-year-old Andres Corral, was hospitalized with undisclosed injuries.
