What Happened

Arkansas State Police released the name of the driver killed in a semi-truck accident on Hwy 49 in Marvell, AR on January 15th, 2019. 73-year-old James L. Bailey was killed when a semi-truck making a u-turn collided with his vehicle. Bailey's vehicle traveled under the semi in the impact, crushing the vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
