What Happened

Arkansas State Police released the names of the people killed in an accident on I-40 in Brinkley, AR on January 24th, 2019. 63-year-old Jose Garcia and 57-year-old Sergio Garcia Rios were killed when their vehicle struck a semi-truck that was partially in their lane. Both vehicles then caught fire. The men were pronounced dead at the scene.
