Officials say the incident happened around 10:37 p.m. A vehicle driven by 21-year-old Nacortney Williams reportedly lost control and overturned. A passenger in the vehicle, 18-year-old Payton Geisher, died. Williams was hospitalized with undisclosed injuries.
