What Happened

Arkansas State Police released the name of the driver killed in a car accident on AR 84 in Howard County, AR on February 3rd, 2019. 19-year-old Rachel Rada Mae Norman was killed when the vehicle she was driving lost control and overturned. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Four others, including three minors, were hospitalized with undisclosed injuries.
