California Highway Patrol officials released the name of the driver killed in the semi-truck crash on I-580 in Alameda County, CA on January 24th, 2019. 59-year-old Tom Morgan was killed when his vehicle collided with the rear of a semi-truck. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Police say the accident occurred around 5:30 a.m.
