Colorado State Patrol officials released the name of the woman killed in an accident on SH 14 involving a semi-truck in Weld County, CO on December 29th, 2018. 22-year-old Tiawnna Sierra Ann Bard was killed when her vehicle collided with a semi-truck carrying alcohol products.
