Florida Highway Patrol officials released the name of the people killed in a crash on I-95 in Flagler County, FL on January 10th, 2019. 25-year-old Jose E. Vazquez-Trujillo was killed and 25-year-old Dhayre M. Olivo Oquendo suffered severe injuries. Officials say the crash occurred when a vehicle lost control and crashed through a guardrail into several other vehicles. No one in the other vehicles involved was injured.
