What Happened

Florida Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash that killed a man at Florida Turnpike in Osceola County, FL on October 31st, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 7 a.m. According to investigators, a Toyota Corolla headed southbound veered right to avoid crashing in stopped traffic before colliding with the rear of a tractor-trailer. The impact caused fatal injuries to the driver, said to be a 20-year-old Coral Springs man. Officers had no additional information to share.
