What Happened

Florida Highway Patrol officials released the names of the people involved in a crash on US 192 in Palm Bay, FL on February 5th, 2019. 22-year-old Manuel Garcia was killed when his vehicle reportedly failed to slow down and rear ended a semi truck. He was pronounced dead at the scene. A passenger in Garcia's vehicle, 23-year-old Austin Flinchum was hospitalized with serious injuries. The driver of the semi-truck, 22-year-old Johnny Schrier suffered minor injuries.
