What Happened

Florida Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash on SR 100 on January 28th, 2019 that killed one driver and injured another in Putnam County, FL. 59-year-old William Brathwaite was killed when his vehicle rotated and overturned in the impact of a crash involving three vehicles. Another 58-year-old man was treated for minor injuries in the accident.
