Sate Police are investigating an incident involving a fallen tool that led to a fatality at I-75 in Whitfield County, GA on May 16th, 2023. Officials say a tool somehow fell off a moving semi-truck before smashing through the windshield of nearby vehicle. An occupant inside that vehicle, identified as Lynn Fleming, was killed in the incident. At this time, police have not provided any additional information about the incident.
