What Happened

Idaho State Police responded to the scene of an accident involving a juvenile pedestrian killed on I-84 in Nampa, ID on December 21st, 2018. Officials say the accident was caused by a pedestrian attempting to cross the westbound lanes of I-84 on foot. The pedestrian was struck by a semi-truck driven by 50-year-old Victor Garringer and was pronounced dead that the scene by EMS officials.
