Yorkville Police released details regarding a school bus crash on Route 47 that injured a student on in Yorkville, IL on January 29th, 2019. Police say a school bus was rear-ended by another vehicle on Galena Rd around 8:23 a.m. A student aboard the bus was hospitalized with minor injuries. The driver of the other vehicle, 22-year-old Alexandra Cuevas, was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
