What Happened

Indiana State Police are investigating  a crash that injured a person at State Rd 14 in Fulton County, IN on September 7th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 8:37 a.m. According to investigators, a Jeep Liberty headed eastbound on State Rd 14 reportedly attempted to turn northbound onto County Rd 11100 and collided with a westbound semi-truck. The driver of the Jeep, identified as 81-year-old Madonna Mawk, suffered fatal injuries. Additional information was not immediately available.
