Indiana State Police are investigating a crash involving a box truck that injured a driver on Scott Rd and Covington Rd in Fort Wayne, IN on February 4th, 2019. Officials say a box truck and a sedan travelling in opposite directions collided at the intersection. The sedan driver was hospitalized with serious injuries. The driver and passenger of the box truck were not injured.
