Police say the incident involved a semi0truck allegedly attempting to perform a u-turn before traveling into the path of an approaching truck operated by 23-year-old Carlos Macias. Officials say Macias required extrication from the vehicle, leaving him with injuries believed to be non-life-threatening in nature. The other driver, identified as 47-year-old Batchuluun Sharkhuu, was allegedly cited for failure to yield. Additional information was not immediately available.
