State Police have identified that 24-year-old Cody Carson was killed in a crash on 330th Rd in Brown County, KS. The crash happened around 2:30 p.m. on January 18th, 2023. Officials say a tractor-trailer occupied by Carson was traveling westbound on 330th Rd prior to veering right for unknown reasons. The truck travelled off the roadway into a ditch and overturned as a result. It struck a culvert while overturning and officials allege that a seat belt was not in use at the time.
