Kansas State Patrol officials are investigating a crash at I-35 in Franklin County, KS on April 24th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 9:20 p.m. Officials say a semi-truck veered from the road for unknown reasons before traveling into a ditch and hitting a power pole.
