What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed a woman at State Route 121 in Calloway County, KY on March 15th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 10 a.m. According to investigators, a Penske box truck headed northbound collided with a Toyota Camry. Authorities say the driver of the box truck alleges the Toyota was headed southbound prior to veering into the path of the truck. The vehicles collided head on before veering into a ditch. The driver of the Toyota, identified as Dorothy Tucker , suffered fatal injuries at the scene. A passenger, Patricia Dunlap, was hospitalized with undisclosed injuries.
