Kentucky State Police released the name of the driver killed in a semi-truck accident on the AA Highway in Bracken County, KY on January 22nd, 2019. 36-year-old Michael R Burns was killed when his vehicle reportedly crossed a center line and collided with a semi-truck driven by 60-year-old Kenneth Cook. Burns was pronounced dead at the scene. Police say they believe alcohol played a factor in the 1 a.m. crash.
