What Happened

State Police are investigating a crash that killed a man at I-20 in Waverly, LA on November 3rd, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 9 a.m. According to investigators, a dump truck operated by 48-year-old Frederick Russell was headed eastbound on I-20 before veering from the road for unknown reasons.
