What Happened

Maine State Police released the name of the woman killed in an accident involving a semi-truck on Route 1 in Orient, ME on January 3rd, 2019. 69-year-old Darlene Williams was killed when her vehicle allegedly failed to yield to a semi truck driven by 72-year-old David Gardner. Williams was pronounced dead at the scene. Gardner was uninjured.
