What Happened

York County Sheriff's Office officials released the name of the child injured in a box truck crash on Route 202 in Waterboro, ME on January 10th, 2019. 10-month-old Gabrielle Kennedy was injured when a box truck driven by 53-year-old Rene Romero collided with the SUV she was in as it was making a turn. Kennedy was hospitalized with serious injuries. Romero was charged with aggravated driving to endanger.
