What Happened

Maryland State Police released the names of the people involved in a shuttle bus crash at  US 40 and Garland Groh Blvd in Hagerstown, MD on January 22nd, 2019. 40-year-old Ingrid Rocio Velasco Collazos was killed when her vehicle crossed into the path of a shuttle bus that crashed into the drivers side of the vehicle. The driver of the shuttle voice, 55-year-old Catherine Ann Baker, suffered minor injuries.
