What Happened

State Police are investigating a crash that killed a man at I-95 in Baltimore County, MD on November 19th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 7:20 a.m. Officials say 52-year-old Joseph Russell Thomas II was working to aid another truck that was connecting to a trailer when another vehicle crossed a center line and struck a tractor-trailer. It also struck Thomas, who police say was wearing a reflective vest at the time. Thomas was taken to an area hospital with injuries he later died from. Additional details were not available.
