What Happened

State Police released details related to a crash that injured a driver on I-93 in Wilmington, MA on December 5th, 2019. Officials say the incident involved a cement truck driven by Michael Boucher reportedly dumped cement onto and struck a vehicle in response to it driving too slowly. The cement truck then fled, striking another vehicle in the process. The first driver was treated for minor injuries. Boucher was arrested in connection with the incident.
