What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed one person and injured another on Hwy 14 in Steele County, MN on February 2nd, 2019. Officials say the accident occurred when a semi-truck driven by 29-year-old Hashim Lencha Siddiq collided with another vehicle head-on after reportedly attempting to pass a car. A passenger in the vehicle struck. 67-year-old Allison Christine Anderson, was killed. The driver, 58-year-old Todd Richard Anderson, was hospitalized with serious injuries.
