Minnesota State Patrol officials are investigating a crash that killed a pedestrian on Hwy 14 in Winona, MN on January 14th, 2019. Officials say the 73-year-old female pedestrian was crossing near the Saint Mary's University entrance when she was struck. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
