What Happened

Missouri State Highway Patrol officials are investigating an accident that killed two people in St. Louis County, MO on December 18th, 2018. 71-year-old Patricia E Callaghan and 82-year-old John Callaghan were killed when their vehicle was rear-ended by a pickup and pushed into an 18-wheeler. Patricia E Callaghan was pronounced dead at the scene. John Callaghan later died at the hospital. The driver of the 18-wheeler, 52-year-old Oleksandr Voytouych,  was not injured The driver of the pickup faces potential charges of involuntary manslaughter and careless and imprudent driving.
