Area authorities are investigating a collision that killed one person involved at N Kansas Expressway in Springfield, MO on September 29th, 2023. Police say the incident happened as a tractor-trailer headed eastbound on an access road performed a right turn. While doing so, the vehicle struck an individual that was allegedly sitting near the roadway. The individual, identified as 51-year-old Todd A. Tennison, died from his injuries on October 1st.
