Area authorities released the name of the driver killed on I-295 in Haddon Heights, NJ on January 18th, 2019. 65-year-old Robert O. Skinner was killed when his vehicle struck the side of a semi-truck. The impact then forced Skinner's vehicle off the road and into a group of trees. The driver of the semi-truck was not injured.
