State Police have identified the person killed in a collision at Franklin and Lexington Ave in Brooklyn, NY on May 1st, 2023. Police say the incident involved a bicyclist being struck by a flat bed truck during a turn around 11:30 a.m. The bicycle, according to police, was headed southbound in a bike lane before the colliding with the truck that was making a right Turin onto Lexington.
