What Happened

New York State Police released the name of the driver killed in a propane truck accident at Hulls Falls Rd in Keene, NY on January 25th, 2019. 62--year-old Daniel O Mitchell was seriously injured after exiting his propane truck at a private residence. The truck reportedly began rolling backwards at which point Mitchell attempted to place a chock under a rear wheel when he became pinned. He was transported to an area hospital where he later died.
