What Happened

North Carolina Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash that injured two men on Bethesda Rd in Lexington, NC on January 25th, 2019. Officials say the accident occurred when a North Davidson Garbage truck traveled off center lines and overturned, going down an embankment and into a shallow pool of water. The driver, 49-year-old Edward Vanlear and a passenger, 28-year-old Jason Rodriguez were hospitalized with serious injuries.
