What Happened

Area authorities released the name of the man killed in a tractor-trailer accident on US 301 in Fayetteville, NC on January 17th, 2019. 71-year-old James Holt was killed when his vehicle collided with and traveled underneath the trailer portion of a semi-truck that was extended into the northbound lanes of the roadway. The driver of the semi-truck, 29-year-old Mark Beaulieu was charged with misdemeanor death by vehicle.
