Ohio State Patrol officials released the name of the woman killed in a crash on Youngstown-Hubbard Rd in Hubbard Twp, OH on February 16th, 2019. 53-year-old Cathleen Johnson was killed when her vehicle veered from a center lane and into the path of a semi-truck. Police say the accident occurred shortly after 8:30 a.m. The driver of the semi-truck was identified as 54-year-old James McGarry.
