Ohio State Highway Patrol released the name of the driver injured in the semi-truck accident on OH 18 and OH 635 in Bascom, OH on January 22nd, 2019. 75-year-old Charlene Raubeson was injured when a semi-truck attempting to make a right turn struck her vehicle. She was hospitalized with undisclosed injuries. The driver of the semi-truck, 53-year-old Clinton Carter, was cited for failure to yield.
