Ohio Highway Patrol officials are investigating an accident that injured two people on Ohio 2 in Carroll Twp, OH on January 22nd, 2019. 28-year-old Justin Teeters was injured when he was struck by a semi-truck that collided with his garbage truck as he was collecting track. He was transported to the hospital with serious injuries. The driver of the semi-truck, 57-year-old Joel Burden was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
