Darke County Sheriff's Office authorities released the name of the driver killed in an accident on US 127 in Darke County, OH on January 17th, 2019. 67-year-old John Cecil was killed when his vehicle collided head-on with a semi-truck after allegedly attempting to pass another semi-truck. The driver of the semi-truck that was hit, 36-year-old Tavis Hertel, was treated for injuries at the scene.
