Ohio State Police are investigating an accident that killed a man on Killian Rd in Coventry Twp, OH on February 8th, 2019. Police say a 61-year-old man was killed when he was pinned between a reversing semi-truck and a stationary vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
