What Happened

Ohio State Highway Patrol officials released the name of the man killed in a tractor-trailer accident in Smithville, OH on December 28th, 2018. 62-year-old Terry W. Locklear was killed when his vehicle lost control and veered into opposite lane traffic where he was struck by a semi-truck. Locklear was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the semi-truck, 59-year-old Bruce A. Todd, was not injured.
