What Happened

Ohio State Highway Patrol officials are investigating. crash that killed a woman at I-71 in Jefferson Twp in Greene County, OH on December 29th, 2022. Police say the incident happened when.a semi-truck headed southbound collided with a Honda Civic. The Civic was pushed into a second semi-truck, leaving the driver, identified 40-year-old Tiffany Miller, with fatal injuries at the scene. A passenger in the truss was hospitalized with minor injuries. The driver of the truck, identified as 63-year-old Ralphinia Rose, was treated for minor injuries at the scene.
