Ohio State Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash involving a dump truck that killed a man on Route 7 in Belmont County, OH on January 3rd, 2019. 55-year-old Waldo E Stout was killed when a tire that had come off a dump truck struck the vehicle he was a passenger in. The driver of the dump truck, Timothy R. Johnson, was not injured.
