What Happened

At least one person was killed in a crash involving a pair of tractor-trailers at US 270 in Dewey County, OK on March 13th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 1:45 p.m. According to investigators, a semi-truck operated by Kordan Sandridge was headed northbound when it allegedly traveled left of center. It then collided head-on with a semi-truck operated by 39-year-old Martin Rodriguez-Rojo. It then overturned into the path of a Ford Econoline van operated by 50-year-old Zhan Lin. Sandridge suffered fatal injuries at the scene. His passenger, 21-year-old Lexxionne Redner, was hospitalized in critical condition. Rodriguez-Rojo also died at the scene while Lin and a passenger were uninjured. Additional information was not available.
