State Police are investigating a crash that killed a driver at Lyman County, SD on August 15th, 2023. Police say the incident happened round 7:10 p.m. According to investigators, a tractor-trailer is said to have suffered a tire blowout that caused the vehicle to lose control. Police say the truck was in the process of entering a shoulder when it was struck by a Toyota Highlander.
