What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured two people at Trammel Fresno Rd in Fort Bend, TX on February 26th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 7:15 p.m. According to investigators, a GMC Sierra K2500 operated by a 22-year-old Fresno man was headed eastbound in a center turning lane when it turned left onto California Street. Investigators believe the vehicle failed to yield and collided with a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport operated by 27-year-old Adriana Trucel Thomas. Both Thomas and a passenger, 28-year-old Demetrius Travon Buckner, suffered serious injuries.  A charge of Failure to Yield Row Turning Left was recommended and/or issued on behalf of the Fresno man.
