What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured three people at Cooper St in Arlington, TX on December 4th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 6:06 p.m. Investigators say a Honda Odyssey operated by a 20-year-old Arlington man was headed southbound on Cooper St, attempting to make a left turn to head eastbound on Harris Rd. While turning, the vehicle is alleged to have failed to yield before colliding with a Dodge Challenger operated by 42-year-old Juan Antonio Salazar. The collision caused the Honda to spin into and strike a Nissan Sentra operated by a 24-year-0ld White Settlement woman. She was not injured, according to police. A passenger in Salazar's vehicle, identified as 41-year-old Alejandra Rojas, suffered serious injuries. Salzazar had injuries considered to be less serious. The Arlington man had minor injuries.
